In this role, you will partner with our marketing team leaders and business leaders to manage paid and email marketing needs. These divisions will include businesses in B2B and professional sales in the turfgrass space, Ecom email flows for Sod Solutions and our garden brand Lawnifi, as well as our SaaS platforms SatQuote and TurfLogistics. The Growth Marketing Manager at Sod Solutions will work within the marketing services department with a primary focus on email and paid marketing strategies while also participating in broader marketing initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize targeted marketing campaigns and foster significant business growth through email and paid marketing campaigns.
- Email Marketing Management: Develop, implement, and deploy innovative email marketing strategies to engage and retain customers.
- Paid Marketing Campaigns: Oversee all paid marketing efforts, including PPC, social media ads, and display advertising.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with unit leaders and product managers to execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies for email and paid channels.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, utilizing metrics and KPIs to optimize strategies
- Collaboration: Coordinate with development, content, and design teams to build out high-quality, data-driven campaigns optimized to convert.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, focusing on cost-efficient resource allocation.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies, especially in email and paid marketing.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests for continuous improvement of marketing campaigns.
- Reporting: Regularly report on the impact of marketing activities on business growth, with a focus on email and paid marketing channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years in email marketing and managing paid marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (We use Klayvio, Salesforce Account Engagement, Zapier, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube & TikTok)
