Recurring Services & Annual Contracts

You can toggle whether a quote should be one-time or recurring using the "Recurring" toggle on the Quote screen under the Pricing tab. By default, all quotes are set to be non-recurring.

When the "Recurring" toggle is engaged, a new column called "Service Visits" will be added to the quote between Quantity and Rate for each line item. Enter the number of recurring service visits in this field to calculate an annual contract amount and let your customer know how many service visits will be performed annually.

The number of service visits will be multiplied by the quantity and rate to calculate the annual contract amount for that service. The rate should be the per-visit amount you will charge the customer. You can add any details of the contract or work to be done in either the notes that will print on the front page of the quote or the contract section on the quote design tab.
